We booked online, and somehow ended up with a "paranormal package", which is not what we wanted. The front desk clerk quickly and cheerfully fixed this, and gave us a nice room on the 5th floor. The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The main attractions of this historic hotel are the lobby and the view from the roof-top bar. It is supposed to be a spooky hotel it is just a little creepy. It is not really clean inside the rooms. Bathrooms are small. In the shower the water doesn't go down all the way. The mattresses are a little dirty but comfortable.
