We stayed here with a large group of family. The staff was helpful and polite the rooms and the hotel were clean. Check in was easy and they accomodated our last minute request for adjoining rooms. We used their meeting room as a gathering spot for a 99th birthday party.

The room was not very clean....fingernail clippings on floor by nightstand. I've stayed here several times and when you walk in the lobby, it always smells smoky. I'm assuming it is from the office staff . The bed was comfortable and breakfast was typical.

After a long day's work, we found this hotel like a home away from home. Very clean and customer focused. Details such as a full length mirror for the women in the lobby restrooms to the ease of access to the wireless internet, 24 hour snacks and hot soup available, etc.... Highly recommend it!

Probably wouldn't stay here again for an extended stay. The housekeepers are in a hurry to clean your room and do a very quick job and not so great at cleaning, vacuuming everyday and other necessities.
