We tried to cancel our reservation for three nights due to a tropical storm--totally beyond our control. My husband's dive trip was cancelled, which gave us no reason to go. They refused to work with me. So, thanks Surfside for the financial RAPE!

This hotel filled all of our needs. It was on the beach and near restaurants. It was very clean and well kept. Our only complaint would be that the wi-fi and the elevators needed upgrading. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
