“Nice Rooms But Rude Staff”

Went with husband on business. Room was beautiful but staff was terrible. Maid service was excellent but front desk staff was terrible as well as breakfast staff and happy hour staff. Also not a safe area. They have a "van" but do not provide transportation. It was such a terrible experience, I am contacting the Holiday Inn headquarters.
