My wife and I, and our small dog recently spent 3 nights at The Patrica Grand. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Katie, at the front desk, answered all our questions, and informed us about the hotel's amenities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be going back!!

We have just returned from our stay at the Patricia Grand and I must say the resort was a dissappointment. The rooms were very run down, the curtains were stained and the furniture was in bad condition. Glad we didn't pay any attention to the negative reviews....we had an amazing stay. Everyone was very nice, and went above and beyond to make our stay superb. Stacey in the dining room was unbelievable...couldn't do enough for us. The bed was very comfortable....we will definately return....thanks again for making our stay so special!!

What a great bunch of people! From our call for reservations until we walked out of the lobby, every member of the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and completely updated. We'll be staying here on our next trip!

Was concerned because of some negative posts but our stay is very nice. Looking forward to returning this summer. Check in was slow but they had three people and all available staff was working. All employees were very nice too. Sami in the restaurant was GREAT!

This hotel is perfect location for my family. Its not to close to the strip where all the people are but close enough to walk to every night. Overall this hotel was very clean and service was great. Grand central station is a delicious restaurant that I would recommend.
