My in-laws like this place so much that they bought timeshare! It's very convenient to everything in downtown! It is is clean. The staff is very helpful. The elevators are a little slow, but We are quite leisurely on our Vacations, so this isn't a big deal to us. I would recommend it to anyone. I will be going again... More

The room itself was in pristine condition; the service was respectful and was concerned with my every need. I felt as if I was home. Overall my experience at the sandcastle south beach resort was amazing. The associate Rob, who booked my room, was outstanding. I will definitely be coming again soon.

The hotel its self was clean and neat, The outside pool was heated, The lazy river was disguisting! The hot tubs made weird noises and we not exactly clean. Typical rooms here. Clean rooms. Better rates than hotels nearby. Connecting parking deck. Visited in April. Lazy river was very cold. Pool heated and hottubs were hot. Breakfast only is served here. Nice people in resturant and hotel desk. Rooms were typical hotel accomodations. Not high end but ok. $89 ocean front room...during spring break....it was fine.

Stayed 10 days for a golf trip from April 2-10. Rooms a bit old but the site in front of a not so crowded beach appreciated. Lots of teenagers sometimes noisy at night in the outdoor pool.
