Once you finally find it--- it's a gem. Unit 2883 It is roomy, very clean. Our furniture in unit very comfortable, even the mattress. Cabinets in baths and bedroom dated but plenty of space. Huge master bath, closet. More lighting in bedrooms would be good. Separate sitting room. Big eqipped kichen.Heated outdoor pool. Washer and dryer in unit.

We thought the unit would be old and smelly based on other reviews. We were wrong! The unit was relatively modern and we thought very nice for the price. It was also well stocked in the kitchen. My family and I have been going to Swallowtail forever. It is so relaxing and always clean so big 2 big bedrooms and a pull out couch. I would recommend this place to any one. Amazing. Also amazing location in between South Beach and downtown Harbour Town! Amazing!!!

We were given this unit, 2 weeks. We took our kids for Christmas. It was super clean all the way around. When we had a couple little issues they were on it..The only thing that is needed is new mattresses and bedding. We can't wait to go back every year. Jacuzzi and pool were perfect. See ya next year

Just finishing off our 3rd week here at Swallowtail. Been here a number of times and never disappointed. The folks at the HBYC who handle checkin have been great-ensued we could stay in the same villa for the 3 weeks. Went to this property on a timeshare exchange and stayed in unit 2891. Check in fast and efficient and lots of information given. The property overlooks the Heron Golf course and the view from the deck area excellent and quiet. We have vacationed in Hilton Head many times over the years. We chose Swallowtail for it's location and it turned out to be the worst accommodations ever.
