We exchanged our home unit for the one in Spicebush through Interval this past week. The unit was very clean, refurbished and in an excellent location. You just can't beat the Sea Pines area for fun, food and relaxation. We would definately return to Spicebush on our next visit to Hilton Head. More

We arrived after dark and had some difficulty finding the place. The unit had a cute lay out and was recently refurbished. However, it could use a little more work, particularly the master bath area on the third level. The cabinet looked like it was painted over by a five-year old, as was the door to the toilet area. The... More

We have been to Spicebush at least 6 times, most recently as an owner and we have to say that the recent unit enhancements looked great. New furniture in the living area, painting and curtains along with the previous kitchen updates have really spruced the units up. As previous reviewers have commented, the units are older, but have been well... More

We stayed at Spicebush for 7 days, and it was the most relaxing time we have ever had on a vacation. The condos are beautiful. They are tucked into nature, with pure untouched scenery. We felt like we had been dropped off in some sort of tropical paradise. The view from the back deck was fabulous - water, trees and... More

We stayed a week at Spicebush in Sea Pines and had a great time. The condos are older but well kept and well maintained. This would be a great place for a family since it has three levels, one for the living area and two bedrooms on two separate levels, one with twin beds and one with a king, and... More

We checked in at the Harbortown Yacht Club which was quick and easy. We had condo #586 which had a view of the canal in back and the pool and tennis court. The canal was a "hangout" for "hunters", so everyday we were upclose and personal with beautiful critters....herons, egrets, hawks, gators, etc. I made a video of the Spicebush... More

We went with another couple and there was plenty of room for us (2 br, 2 ba). Units are older, but fairly well maintained. Not fancy or plush, but we found it comfortable. Sofa was the biggest negative (springs were shot). Full kitchen was nicely equipped, except for lack of dish soap. We liked the location very much, although the... More

We stayed there on a trade through our timeshare company. Unit was clean, except the carpet was worn and dirty. The walls were beat up and needed painting. Things just were not in good shape. Appliances worked fine. Units not overly large, but the 2 BR was fine for 4 adults.Grounds were kept well. There is a pond with gators and... More

Spicebush is a timeshare property located within walking distance of the beach. The bike path is adjacent to the property. We had a lovely view of the lagoon where two alligators and several turtles lived. The property also has a swimming pool and a tennis court. The units consist of two bedrooms - one with a king bed, the other... More
