The management and the staff member are very nice and pleasant. The rooms,laundry room and the overall of the hotel and the parking area are keep very nice and clean. Terry is a friendly house keepers.and miss Kim is super nice and does a very good job and welcome you.

We are very happy with the cleanliness and the sense of safety that we have had here at Value Place. It is very conventiently located just one block off I-85, and close to shopping stores. The manager, Kim, could not have been more courteous or helpful. We now have a new friend.

I have been coming to Value Place on Chalmers Road on business one week out of a month for a couple of years now. i am always welcomed with open arms and accomodated with what I need to be comfortable. The manager Kim is very personable and do what it takes to make me happy.
