The bathroom floor was falling through and there were prostitutes walking the street in front of the hotel almost every night

Reasonable, basic accommodations, as you'd expect given the price. The rooms were basic, but generally fine. The beds were relatively new, and comfortable. One very nice thing was the room air conditioner, which was quite new and very user-friendly. The first room they put me in was disgusting. Torn sheets, big gap under door, dirty, unexplained white hairy goo in sink.
