Have stayed in many motels in Conway area. This condo Was very nice, roomy and clean. Far superior to any motel. We stayed off peak so could rent by the night. Stayed from October 8 through 15. Unit furniture very outdated. The slipcovers on the chairs were filthy. When the sun shined on the red chairs you could see how black the back and arms were. The purpose of our trip was to attend CCU orientation. The staff was very friendly understanding and accommodating. Our resort was clean , very comfortable and. close to stores, restaurants and of course the college..This not only met my expectation, but has gone above them. this resort needs to be renovated carpet was filthy and frayed . wallpaper in bathroom was torn. t.v.'s are outdated remotes didn't work. no cleaning midweek without a fee. kitchen is not well stocked. definitely not a gold resort.

We had two units rented for business trip. Accommodations were clean & very well equiped for the price. Had no complaints on any of services offered. Would definately recommend this property for any type of visit to the area. I already have reserved a unit for next weekend to take grandkids.
