The Whitney is in a good location with a cool bar across the street. The room was actually a 2br and seemed more like an extended stay type apartment. The bedding wasn't plush, nor were the amenities, but the staff was extremely friendly and I felt safe at this hotel.

It is a convenient location for us as some of our family lives in Shandon and we can walk back and forth between family houses and the hotel.
