I wish Tripadvisor offered a rating between Poor and Average, I would rate this Doubletree a 3.5. The staff were professionally nice enough to a point, however did nothing to go above and beyond, even during some troubleshooting. This hotel doesn't seem to be in the best location, but the hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome. Tameika that worked in the afternoons was very nice and helpful! She must make everyone that she encounters smile!

Clean comfortable rooms. Sleep Number beds! Good Military discount. The only issues we had were a slow drain in the tub (pet peave of mine) and the locking mechanism on the sliding glass door the the rear hallway wasnt working properly (good thing for the security bar).
