This property is convenient to both the business district and the state parks nearby. That said,my room was dirty. The toilet leaked all night, there was a partly smoked cigar in the bathroom floor, and the bedding smelled very stale. The vanity was not clean. Although not expensive, I'll try another place next visit to this charming town.
