Hotel makes no effort to accommodate non-smokers. I reserved a non-smoking room 2 months in advance to show-up and find only a smoking room.....was told they are booked for the night. The room smelled like a burned building. The carpet is filthy. The whole place is dirty. I would never ever go back to that dungeon.

everything was as expected (as seen in online reviews/photos). beautiful flower beds @ entrance, close to Rt2 (in Warwick). About 20mins from Providence downtown; and 40 mins from Newport. Clean room, had a small kitchen with all amenities.
