This "resort" does not have a pool or hot tub or restaurant on site, however it is close to everything. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfotable. Well we just spent a week here. The management is great but no one does anything there. This is a time share and we pay for all upkeep. My wife and I have been coming to the Block since 97 we have stayed at the New Shoreham ,HarborSide,National,Overlook, Sea Mist but by far the ISland Manor has been the best place for us.. Yes there is no AC but beautiful summer breezes and there are fans in the rooms . On the deck it is always happy hour... More

I love this place. it felt homey to me and comfortable. I liked the area the most. the staff were great. i really enjoyed their hospitality.

ver y small uncomfortable bed no air conditioning. stayed here for a timeshare exchange .was the worst timeshare ever glad i didnt own here.
