This is a very good well kept old style hotel located centrally in York PA. They have two very good restaurants on property. The rooms are spacious and clean. They could use a refrigerator. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a small gym on property which is perfect for a short visit in York.

We chose the hotel because it offered an alternative to the chain hotels that ring the city. It turned out to be a very happy choice; quiet, clean, friendly. The restaurant is superb. Time has caught up with downtown York, but this hotel promises better days ahead.
