“Eastern Travel Association Meeting May 22rd”

While the turnout was not as many as we hoped the the food and service was very good and nice. The restaurant has a pleasant atmospheric and easy to find.

“Wish they were still Pet Friendly”

I used to stay here all the time when I visited my family who live in Wilkes Barre Pa. They stopped being pet friendly and we could no longer stay there. Too bad, it was one of the nicer facilities in Wilkes Barre.

Sorry to hear that!!! I have been working at Best Western Plus East Mountain Inn & Suites for fourteen years now. During that time we never excepted pets. We visit family in wb during the holidays and sometimes in the summer. We usually stay at this best western and it is completely worth it. “Outstanding Experience!”

Great room, restaurant was outstanding, fitness center was new and staff was friendly! Couldn't of asked for a better stay!!!

After driving around for 35 minutes trying to find this place after booking it on priceline I ended up calling the hotel for help. “Good room for the price”

We stayed here for a few nights while visiting family. The hotel was clean and conveniently located to many major routes. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. However, there was an unusual smell in the hallway and our mattress was terrible. The property would have rated higher if it had a better mattress.

“Wonderful Discovery”

Found a coupon for this hotel and decided the rate made it worth a try. It was great. Lovely large room with excellent bathroom layout. Clean and comfortable. This is a very nice hotel that looks like it has had some recent updating. When we checked in, the employee at the desk (Charlie) was friendly and efficient.
