Very accessible from New York - we were staying here as we were going rafting at Whitewater Challengers (also highly recommended) just down the road. Cathy made us feel very at home and we felt as though we had the place to ourselves. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and well maintained and the rooms are lovely (of varying sizes and price).... More

We wanted a place that was a short drive from NYC and yet removed from the city. And, Deer Meadow Inn B&B in the Poconos was a good choice.
