I just arrived from Asia and have now stayed at 3 Marriott Courtyards in the past 36 hours. Reference my other reviews for details!! MULTIPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES! I am a Platinum Elite member of Marriott (just in case this has any bearing on how one is treated) I arrived from Asia previous night at the Valley Forge location. Had... More

I am partial to staying at Marriotts but next ime I'm in this area, I'll be staying in the double tree. First upon check in, I was put in a room that I needed to take stairs to reach. I recently had spine surgery and and lengthy walks or climbs with bags takes a lot out of me so I... More

Does not appear to be a family oriented hotel. Stayed here for two weeks on business and to be fair did not have my family with me. Has a pool that I went by daily and never saw anyone in it. Close to King of Prussia Mall and Valley Forge but at $159 a night, a family could do better.... More

Usually we bunk at my parents' when we visit but at Thanksgiving, there just isn't enough room for all of us. For the past few years, we have been staying at the Courtyard on Drummers Lane. Over the summer, when I started to make reservations, the rate was double what I had paid the year before, so I started to... More

I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived here. I expected to be on the main drag next to the mall with the noise, traffic and congestion. Instead, my GPS took me to an office park and a nice quiet, secluded hotel. The previous reviewer was correct that it has the floor plan of the original Courtyard, a square shaped building... More

I usually don't write a reviews for business trips, but decided to make an exception. The hotel has nice refurbished lobby, but that's about it. I think the biggest disadvantage is single elevator and hotel has a plan of a square. So if you have to drag a luggage, elevator is diagonal to the lobby. Being tired after the long... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. We really liked the hotel and its staff who were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities required when travelling. The bed was very comfortable as well. Really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely recommend it. It was located midway between the outlet shopping and... More

This Courtyard has been equiped with the latest Courtyard equipments (interactive Board at the reception, great concept of breakfast area etc), making its entrance very welcoming. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms are very big and comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite far away from the city center, so you'll need a car to move arround.

I can't believe I haven't submitted a review for this hotel yet. This is not the first time we have stayed here since it is close to family. In fact, we have probably stayed here five or six times over the past four years. We keep coming back because it is quiet and always clean. This past trip, we had... More

We stayed here on our way from Philly to the Reading area on a weekend visit and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel check-in was friendly and quick. They have a GREAT lobby area with multiple computers available. A nice cafe serves food from early until 11pm. We opted to purchase some fruit and cereal bars at the local Walmart.... More
