This is a great hotel. Great location, can walk everywhere in downtown State College. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Hotel service is all great. The only thing this hotel lacks is an included breakfast.

The renovations are complete and the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The price and location are great. The staff couldn't be nicer. The only complaint is that the walls are thin and you hear everything going on in the hallways and in the adjacent rooms.
