I like the place - big rooms, clean, great hot breakfast, but the internet connection was terrible. I like the fact that the hotel is little far from the campus - quiet and low traffic. Fast internet connection is a must for me when I am traveling so having to wait ever to load a webpage is painful and frustrating.

Favorable reviews are all on point. Hotel is relatively new, clean, affordable, and convenient to Interstate 80. A little bit of a drive to downtown State College and PSU, but not too bad. Not sure if rates go up during football season, but we were able to get a really good price on Hotwire.

Spent 2 nights here during our family Spring break on a visit to take the kids to go see Penn State University, and I couldn't believe the experience. New hotel - the receptionist said it was 3 yrs old- seemed newer to me. Service was great, couldn't have asked for anything better. Good value for the price we paid.
