Nothing fancy, just reasonably priced, comfortable accomodations, conveniently located, friendly staff, pet friendly home away from home. We've been staying here for many years of PSU football weekends with no problems.

Hotel was as stated. Clean and employees are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot with many options.

This hotel is generally a good deal; prices are reasonable and the rooms appear clean. My main issue, though, is with the cigarette smoke. This is a"100% smoke-free hotel" which is why I am so puzzled at the consistent smoke smell, both in my room and the hallway. We had a large room with king bed and were very pleased with the room especially considering the price ($59/night). Ideally located near PSU campus.

We stay here nearly every time we come to State College. You can't beat the price, the rooms are clean and the location is great. We don't take advantage of the breakfast- we walk across the street to the Waffle Shoppe.

We booked the hotel through Choice Privileges online several weeks in advance to get a better rate for a weekend wedding gathering when the wedding party's preferred hotel was already at capacity. The hotel was convenient to campus & restaurants, bright, clean, & reasonably priced. It also included a decent complimentary buffet breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.
