We were traveling through this area with no reservation at a hotel and happened upon this lovely, peaceful spot. Felt at home and cared for. HIghly recommend this.

I have been to this B &B a couple of times now and one time is better than the next. Comfortable, cozy rooms, a closet full of goodies should you forget something from home, and an amazing hostess who presents the BEST breakfast ever makes the Limestone Inn one of the most pleasant, relaxing places to stay. I will definetly...

We enjoyed the lovely scenic ride to State College. The back porch room was a wonderful place to relax in an informal setting take in the view and re-connect with friends. The room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast delicious!! We will be back.
Stayed numerous times in the past for business but the August 2010 stay was perfect for a long awaited reunion with friends. Great hospitality with all the comforts of home including a scrumptious and delicious breakfast.
The Innkeeper's service is friendly and very accommodating. The decor takes one back to an earlier time, but modern amenities are present. The beds are comfortable. The location is perfect;it's close to town, but in a quiet beautiful setting. There is even a little stream running thru the back yard. Karen's weekend breakfasts are of gourmet quality, delicious and sumptuous...

We had a mini-reunion with several of our coworkers & spouses at the Limestone Inn. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening under a beautiful moon, & in the morning watching the birds & wildlife nearby the house. Karen was a gracious host and provided any amenity we requested. Her breakfast was fantastic! The rooms were quite comfortable.
Karen is a welcoming Innkeeper who makes you feel at home. Her breakfast was beyond excellent, and the rooms are beautiful and spotless. Since this is a very old building, the staircase is quite steep but has sturdy railings and is plenty wide.
My wife and I needed a weekend get-away and found the Limestone Inn B&B online. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a relaxing place to stay. Very nice house and property, delicious breakfast, and friendly service. We were able to come and go as we pleased which made it feel like...

We stayed at four B&B's in the State College area during this trip. All were lovely and this is not an attempt to compare them in any way.
Karen is a professional through and through and attends to every detail just beautifully! But most important, among all of the quality touches and attention that we enjoyed during our two nights,...

We had a really delightful stay at the Limestone and a wonderful time in State College. It is really close to downtown, but it feels like it's in another world. Our room was beautiful and we especially liked the toile wall treatment. Everything was clean and tidy, and breakfast was really delicious. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
