Welcome was stale, even though we were cheery! The pool was broken, which is why we picked the hotel. We booked through hotels.com so got a great price but again we wanted to use the pool. The rooms are average to below average. The beds are comfortable but small bathrooms. They are building a new hotel next door so I... More

I was traveling with my son and we picked this hotel from the hotel coupon book because it had a pool. So we were not happy to arrive and find that the pool was closed. After mentioning this to the front desk clerk we were able to negotiate a reduction on the room rate. She was also helpful about ensuring... More

Comfortable bed, nice tv and a good price. Minor issues that did not bother me. The lights between the beds did not work and were not fixed before my two day stay ended. Three of the four dresser drawers needed vacuumed. The coffee maker did not work. And they are now giving one very thin bar of soap in the... More

My family and I stayed at the Quality Inn on the 28th December 2011 for one night, because we were going skiing at Hidden Valley for the day. We had a few problems with one of the rooms, I felt, there was a smokie smell in one of the rooms but the staff at the front desk we're really helpful... More

My family was looking to plan a short getaway at a midway point between our distance away from eachother. We have children, so in the winter an indoor pool was a must. We decided upon the Quality Inn Somerset because of location to the Highway (Pretty much at The Toll Booth), and Choice Hotels are usually very accomidating. Well we... More

This place looks ok fr the outside and it is conveniently located right off the highway/toll booth (dangerously). Rooms are in desperate need of a facelift. Our friends who stayed found old nasty water in their fridge, and a chewed up toy under the bed, and the toilet was found sticky ... I don't want to know what that was...... More

Hotel has a lounge & DJ when we stayed on Thursday night. After the lounge closed, about 1:10 AM had to call the front desk to have the partying people removed from outside our window. Hotel located next to the toll booth from the PA turnpike, not the hotel's fault, just be aware that you will have constant traffic all... More

I stopped by here on my way to Pittsburgh. I got a good deal on the room even though the place was almost full. Beds were good, staff was helpful, overall for a hotel on the highway it's better than most. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again

Travelling with our dog, we needed a place for a stop on the interstate. Quality inn fit the bill. Close to the highway, easy on- off, friendly front desk, reasonable rate, large parking lot, clean room, comfortable bed, free hot breakfast. Pet fee was a little high ($25), but no other place nearby allowed pets, so we were glad to... More

We stayed at the Quality Inn in Somerset when we attended the Mother Earth News Fair in Seven Springs. We have always had great experiences with Choice Hotels and have been loyal Choice Privileges members for years. Our experience at this particular hotel, however, did not live up to our expectations at all. The location was convenient for us. The... More
