Booked a week at InTown Suites from Las Vegas in Jan. Notified by airlines that due to horrid snowstorm that flight had to be delayed for one day; immediately tried to contact motel, left messages on 4 separate 1-800 numbers and emailed them that I would be arriving one day late and to HOLD my room no matter what, I... Wow... Where to start from. I was staying at a Holiday Inn on McKnight road and saw the sign advertising flat screens and high speed internet. The front desk person was pleasant however the room was horrible. It smelled as if someone was smoking cigar for the past 10 years: 3 bottles of air fresheners including Fabreeze couldn't not get... This hotel appears to be nice on the out side...the management sucks and so does the house keeping... The rooms barely get cleaned and when I found out they had BED BUGS in my room I was told I wasnt aloud to change rooms because they would move with me.. they basically made it sound like I am the one... The housekeepers are terrible at their jobs. The front desk manager is useless. The laundry room machines are constantly out of order. The front desk does not even open until 10:00 AM. Their internet is painfully slow. Dirty rooms. Dirty bed sheets. They don't even provide towels. It is a lousy experience. Definitely not recommended.

We moved from KY to Pitt and needed a place until we found an apt. I was quoted $259 for the week for 2 doubles and a $50 deposit. The rest was due upon checkout, so was said. Turns out we were switched to a double with a pull out for $279 for the week, and the entire week was... More

My wife and I stayed at the Intown Suites during the week of the NRA Annual Meeting in Pittsburgh. The negative reviews made us apprehensive but management said the hotel had been renovated and MANAGEMENT WAS RIGHT! We were checked in by the general manager, Mr. Joseph Martin, and left on our own, very satisfied, five days later. The room... More

I live in the area and while my house was being readied - I had to stay somewhere so I could sleep, eat, etc. I stayed here for one week with my boyfriend and his sister and it was probably the worst week in a hotel I've ever had to experience. First off, as soon as we walked into check... More

I used to live in the area, and was in town to rent my home. So I just needed a place to sleep at night, convenient to everything to buy supplies to fix house, etc and for that it is perfect. Granted, the halls and carpets in the hallways are full of LARGE dead bugs that you can watch the... More

Finally I was reminded to make my review for this 'hotel' and here it is: I have been to the USA (I am from Germany) because I made an intership with an US company near Pittsburgh. My problem was that I extended my internship but was unable to extend my apartment in Warrendale (near Pittsburgh) in time. As I was... More

I don't do this normally, but I had to this time. This is the worst place I have ever tried checking into in my whole life! Not only is the customer service terrible, their policies are designed entirely to disappoint and lower the quality of your stay. You cannot check in on Sunday, they only take visa or master card,...
