I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and everything worked perfectly! I only stayed the one night and the next morning we had breakfast which included fresh fruit and bagels. I would absolutely return to Hotel M on my next visit to the Poconos.

No shower in my room. Just a creepy heart-shaped bathtub with a short shower head so that if you squatted down, you could sort of shower. From the street, it's hard to tell the place is even open. It has two broken signs that, I guess, used to advertise the previous hotel.

There's nothing outstanding here, but nothing horrible either. The rooms were clean & quiet. The front desk person, Michelle, was phenomenal. Super friendly, informative and helpful.
