I had stayed at the continental inn about 2 yrs ago, it was okay and at the time, convienent as it it right next door to Dutch Wonderland. The room was clean but needed updating, the main building has a dark dingy appearance and the staff are in need of updating as well. The staff are sloppy looking, have no... More

I just came back from a stay at the Continental Inn & was not impressed! I was part of a senior group and stayed there two years ago and things didn't get much better! The room was out dated & the curtains were filthy! I didn't see any bugs in the room this time, but had a whole family in... More

Sometimes finding a room in Lancaster for only one night on the weekend can be difficult when most hotels require a minimum weekend stay. The Continental has always come through for us. While the rooms are a little tired and could use some updating, they are adequate and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The bonus is the free hot... More

We spent one night there on our neighbor's recommendation. The room was large enough, the beds were comfortable and there was a late model TV with 6 HBO channels. We booked the room with a "view" and it worth the extra money. We faced the green fields, the play areas for children and the indoor swimming pool and sauna. The... More

We booked this hotel for martin luther king weekend for a volleyball tournament This hotel was near attractions. But unfortunatley the hotel is unacceptable. The rooms were dirty, friends said there were bugs, we didn't see them. Everything is completely outdated from the tiles in bathrooms, comforters, mattresses, lobby. The hotel upon arrival looks ok on outside but upon entering... More

We have stayed here twice in 2010 when we went to Dutch Wonderland with the kids. The hotel is not a five star, but how can you expect it when you pay about $100 a night? Your opinion depends on your expectations and level of tolerance. We liked it for several reasons:the rooms are decent(clean and have all we need),... More

Our team and team parents stayed here for a soccer tournament in May. Wow what a great set-up! Indoor and outdoor pool, games room, playground, basketball court, volleyball and more. The resturant even made adjustments to the breakfast hours to suit our game schedule. Would totally stay here again especially when traveling with kids. From our room we could walk... More

Stayed here for just one night in July 2011 but it was a very positive experience. Room rate was reasonable, room was clean and breakfast (free) was good. They have a great pool, swings and slide for the kids, badminton and volley ball nets, shuffleboard court, basketball court and tennis also. Well lit at night with patio tables, chairs and... More

Just got back from a family outting with the grands. We read the reviews, but as I was always told stop listening to others use your own judgement. Front desk you may not feel the love (no smiles) but that is okay. Went to the room not a $100,000 room but it felt comfortable. No smells at all except freshness.... More

What can I say about this motel? Not much. We won our state cup soccer championship and had to stay at this place. We were told if we stayed elsewhere and the tournament found out that our club would be fined $750. We had to pay $130 plus tax a night! The motel I am told by the staff was... More
