My family and I stayed at the Comfort Suites Amish Country just for a 1 night stay. The staff members at the front desk were very friendly. The room was pretty clean, had a nice tv, cold ac, and a fridge which is convenient. There is a pretty nice fitness area, and even coin-operated laundry. I love the military discount. The only negatives are that the hotel claims to have a heated pool, which is a stretch.... More

Lovely customer service. The breakfast was great, although the area was small and crowded. Located in an area close to shopping and not too far from other attractions. My only complaint would be how small the pool is (we traveled with several children) and lack of hot tub.

The staff were really friendly. The rooms spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was pretty good with fresh made waffles. Coffee and tea were always available. It was a bit outside Lancaster and next to a bunch of shops. However, everything else was so good, I would stay again!

Hotel was recommended by a family member. Our room and bathroom was not as clean as the last hotel Holiday inn in Manasseh Va.
