The room was great. We liked the one bedroom suite because it had a door, which meant that we could enjoy some privacy. The bathroom was really nice. The sink area provided more than enough space. Let me start by saying that the parking here was atrocious. Not eneough handicapped spaces and the parking lots are extremely steep. This would not be a problem, except for the tourbus blocking the entrance making it impossible to unload a handicapped passenger near the front door. I stayed her for business to take a class. The rooms were spacious and clean, the service was great, staff was friendly and helpful, the food was very good and the meeting facilities were nice and we enjoyed that we had refreshments available throughout the entire day. I'm looking forward to future classes here.

From check-in to check-out and everything in between, the hotel and the staff was terriffic. There aren't enough words of praise to say about how great this hotel was. I travel very very often for my volunteer work and stay in hotels over multiple days all over the US and this was by far the best experience ever.

Just a really nice hotel and not too expensive (made reservation thru Hotwire). Close I76 and King of Prussia Mall. Only complaints: AC was a bit loud, Business Center was unusually stuffy. In other words, nothing major. We would def look to stay here again if we're back in the area.

All the DoubleTree hotels I have stayed in have friendly, helpful staff, nice rooms and great amenities. The beds are also very comfortable. I would recommend the Double Tree for business or personal stays.
