I have avoided this hotel until recently based on poor service. My office booked me in here so i thought I'd give them another chance. Big mistake; 40 minute wait to check in. Disinterested staff. Room average. This hotel is definitely not up to the normal Mercure standard. Stay at the Holiday Inn.
