Motel was basic but clean. Lots of room furniture including m/wave, kettle etc. Restaurant closed for dinner on our night but open for breakfast. Grasy spoon breakfast was cooked to order and fine.

I stayed one night at this motel in December and have stayed there before. It's positives are that it is off the New England Highway so reducing the problem of truck noise and it has a restaurant. I had one night, cold shower in the morning. Otherwise it was pleasant.

We made a phone booking a few hours before our arrival at 5.00pm. Just as well - it was almost full. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean.
