Great spot, lovely hosts, close to main street and beach. Everything had been well thought out by owners and excellently carried out by managers. Friendly and helpful .The decor may not be my style, but who cares, it's definitely worth paying that bit more to stay here because of all the little extra comforts. Libby

It is perfect accommodation. Centrally located in Sawtell- you can walk to the main restaurants and shops and it was a couple minutes drive to Boambee River and Beacg which was a great place for the kids to swim and play. a lovely experience! The breakfast was amazing. We arrived on christmas day and were even treated to roast leftovers for dinner because everything was closed. Sawtell is a great place to stay, good patrolled beach, cafes and 10 min to coffs.

We stayed for 2 nights and what a gem this is. It is managed by Irene and Phil who make you so welcome and treat you as part of the family. The accomodation is excellent.
