Booked this place as a spur of the moment thing. We were two families with plenty of kids and was really worried that my lack of homework was going to cause me some headaches. We booked two studios and to my surprise they were bigger than most deluxe rooms in other holiday parks with most of the amneties that we needed.But... More

My partner and I have stayed here numerous times and the only disappointment we have ever had is when it is time to leave. We always stay in the deluxe spa suites and they are amazing, so private and quiet we think of it as our holiday house. The staff are always friendly and helpful but they leave you alone... More

My partner and I stayed just after Christmas 2011. We stayed in a one bedroom spa apartment. Upon check in, the receptionist was lovely and gave us all the information we needed. Once going to our room, I was disappointed for the price that our apartment was next to the road. I would have thought for the price ($1,830) for... More

Very very basic accomodation - nice pool. No staff on site when we got there - don't expect a resort - this is motel units with a pool. More

Family cabins are small but has everything you need, including a great spa bath. They are spaced out a bit, not like in caravan parks. Family cabins have the best position, right in the middle of the pool, tennis courts and chess, basketball, netball hoop, volleyball area. The natural bush setting is fabulous and the wildlife is wonderful to experience.... More

Thank you very much for taking the time to post your positive comments about Samurai Beach Resort. You are right the 2 bedroom villas are spread out and in a great location next to the pool. They are self contained villas and have everything you need. We do have other styles of rooms to suit everyone and the deluxe suites... More

The reviews for this hotel are mixed, so I was a little wary what this place would be like. But it was perfectly fine. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was simple and basic but clean and quite spacious. Whilst there's nothing to rave about the units, there's nothing to complain about either - they are just inoffensive.... More

We stayed here for one night as part of a round the world trip. The grounds were lovely and we saw lots of wild life. However both my husband and I were disappointed with our apartment. The settee had a big tear in it and there were a number of stains on the carpet in the kitchen area. The bathroon... More

My wife, 2 year old daughter and I stayed at this wonderful resort for 4 nights in March 2011. This was our second time at this resort. On this occasion we elected to stay in a 2 bedroom cabin. The cabin was lovely and tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. I particularly enjoyed one beautiful sunny morning where... More

Stayed here for one night as a birthday treat for my partner, what a shame we didn't have more time to stay longer. Arrived after hours but had spoken to reception on the phone earlier. Extremely helpful and friendly guy called Simon gave us instructions what to do for key pickup, worked brilliantly. He told us he's have the hot... More

My husband and I have just returned from a glorious weekend at Samurai Beach Resort. Our accommodation (the one bedroom spa suite) was of a very high standard: high quality bedding, very good kitchen and bathroom facilities and a great outdoor area including spa. It was so quiet and relaxing - we slept beautifully. There were kookaburras watching us breakfast... More
