Again any resort run by accountants will never provide service This is classic proof Genuine staff restricted and undertrained with no service protocol Worst resort restaurant I have seen Accountants just cost cutting with serious undstaffing And my pet hate - servicing staying guest rooms after check-outs - why should we have an unserved room all day? Pro: Gigantic pool that surrounds the entire resort. Con: If you don't have kids I guarantee you will be woken up by someone else's kids right outside your window. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Overpriced for what we got, A 3 bedroom self contained apartment with private plunge pool & spa.... the spa didn't work.......
