This resort is not for a quiet get a way. The resort read well on the web site and it had all the amenities we wanted. Three bedrooms, balcony, parking, pool, and close to shops. We stayed just one night at the Mantra Aqua Resort Nelson Bay on our way home to Sydney from a weekend getaway at the Hunter Valley. After 5 nights at the Mantra Aqua Nelson Bay I am so glad to be home. With such high expectations (and having fully paid prior to our arrival) my family and I were really let down. Would highly recommend these apartments. Staff were helpful, apartments beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Had a meal in a Bowling Club 5 minutes from the apartments, tremendous value. Lovely location can't be faulted.
