As has been our practice over some years now we camped recently at Mt Warning with family and friends but were sadly disappointed. The site is as always remarkable and the new entry is very well done but the attitude of the manager is somewhat disappointing. My son & his wife who arrived earlier paid particular attention to keeping their... More

On the way south we decided to walk Mt Warning and have a round at beautiful Murwillimbah Golf Course. As we didn't have the motorhome we booked a 2 bedroom cabin. This is a place that could be stunning as the setting is beautiful and some of the camping and powered spots are lovely. However, the cabin we were in... More

We went there as a base for our fossicing trip for our Gem Club. The shared toilet/shower block are the best I have ever seen, the staff were extremely helpful and it was a relief to have the opportunity to visit a place where you aren't treated like a leaper because you have a dog. We have an Old English... More

My partner and I camped at the park a few months ago and loved it. The campground is right on the edge of the Mt Warning National Park with a beautiful stream running through. The amenities are good, staff friendly and you can walk to the National Park although if you plan to climb the mountain it would be best... More

Stayed for 3 nights with our two young children during April. This has the potential to be agreat place but is a long way from it at the moment. First the real positive which is the spot; at the base of Mount Warning which is amazing and set in huge grounds which are great for the kids, including a pool... More

Thank you also for your endearing comment, we at the Mt Warning Rainforest Park encourage and value objective feedback. In respect to being “somewhat untapped” the Park coming under new management almost a year ago means that it now has a new team of professionals and experts in specialised fields of whom all share the same vision for the Park.... We stayed at the caravan park as an inexpensive break with our kids over the holidays. We wanted to experience camping without the tent!! The location was fabulous-20 mins from beautiful beaches and at the foot of Mt Warning. The amenities onsite were good. The swimming pool was adequate and BBQ areas were well thought out.The shared bathroom/showers were spotless. The park was...
