Tired doesn't begin to describe this place,nor does the old adage you get what you pay for! The room smelled terrible, musty and reminiscent of an old wardrobe. The rooms are a bit outdated and could do with a bit of paint etc, but they are clean and well-equipped. Motel is quiet, even when it is fully booked. Good value for money. Staff is friendly. Best part of this motel is that it is a short stroll (250m) from Merimbula's main beach. Will stay here again.

3 nights accommodation is hard to come by in the CHristmas holidays anywhere on the south coast so we thought we were lucky to get our booking.
