Would have liked to be informed that we qualified for a $50 hotel voucher to spend in the restaurant. I found out on my return home. A bit annoyed that a staff member barged in front of me into the registration room and didn't even bother to hold the door open. Not good customer service since the accommodation is pricey... More

stayed at this place 12/5/2012 .It was dirty the room smelled of old dust. I was charge $395.00 for one night. not wot was agreed upon at booking. break fast was full of disarray coffee machine not working not enough staff to guests . find somewhere else to stay . this place will leave a bad taste in your mouth!
