We have a long weekend in Byron Bay, and decided to stay in Glen Villa, it has very comfortable location, not far from centre, and from super market, allthought quite far from beach...but anyway you are here to relax, so we enjoyed walking even to the Tallow Beach!Glen Villa houses is very clean, as we arrived late at night we... My mum and I stayed a week here in a deluxe cabin and it was perfect! The cabin was simple yet comfortable and we could make our own meals because the cabin had a stove, microwave, toaster and fridge, nothing too fancy but got the job done. The park itself is immaculate, as are the cabins and there is a... More

This place would be wonderful for the campers and back packeers, it is not however for those staying in their Delux cabins, the cabins are small, clean and good enough for a 2 night stay, although a bit pricey. The problem for us was when the sun went down, we were located near the facilities block, soooo all the campers... More

We stayed at the Glen villa for a long weekend and we camped in our own tent. After reading the reviews on here I was expecting a prisoner of war camp! When we checked in we were told that we had to leave a credit card swipe as a bond and when I asked what the bond was for I... More

I enjoyed my extended stay at Glen Villa. My little cabin was very comfortable, clean, and provided a great home away from home in Byron Bay. The resort is quiet and management seems to keep a pretty good eye on the place to keep it that way. Glen Villa is not a 4 star resort, it is a Caravan park... More

Hello fellow tripadvisorees, My partner and I were unlucky enough to stay here during the new year celebrations. Minimum 4 nights for a below par "Deluxe" cabin @$250 per night. The descriptive word deluxe only ever usually applies to a select few, but they seem to be naive enough to think that adjective best describes their accommodation facilities. Putting the... More

On our arrival as a couple we were given rules warning us to be quiet or else....... Well, they claim to be a park for couples and families.... That's a lie, it was noisy and loutish for the full six days. I wouldn't mind this if I had been told before. DO NOT CLAIM TO HAVE RULES!!!!!! I prefer honesty... More

I booked into what was advertised as "deluxe" accommodation. The cabin that I was allocated was far from deluxe, unless of course you are comparing it to a rundown fishermans shack that's about to be demolished. To say that the cabin is basic really is an understatement, and that's perfectly fine if that's what is advertised. There is certainly no... More

The cabins are basic, bed - kitchenette - bathroom, but it's all you need. The office staff were very welcoming and extremely friendly which was a lovely way to arrive. The resort is located within in a short walk of the shops, hotels and restaurants in Byron Bay. We were here during schoolies and despite this the resort was blissfully... More

We are regulars here - staying once a month for a weekend or so. We love it because they cater for couples rather than families or groups so it isn't noisy. We have a trailer tent and love the unpowered sites at the back of the park because they are a good size. If you are looking for a party... More
