Rented Deck 2 (modern 2 bedroom apartment) for two nights for $250/night. No beach views from it. Friendly staff provided good recommendations for dining and drinking venues. Used the communal BBQ one night. PROS: - Proximity to beach and centre of town. - Modern and clean. CONS: - None, aside from the weather during our stay, which was absolutely rubbish.

The position is great, the staff helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We were travelling with our 1 year old son and apartment number 4 was perfect. So close to the beach, playgrounds and restaurants but still quiet. Have stayed in other places in Byron but will definitely book here next time.

Have stayed there three times now and keep going back. Great location. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff are very much Byron Bay. Relaxed and professional.

We stayed in one of the courtyard apartments (No 4) and it was great! Very comfortably furnished with all the mod cons and a secluded courtyard in close proximity to the communal BBQ. The beach is just through the back gate and everything is accessible by foot, restaurants, shops, supermarket. A great relaxing place to stay!

Well maintained apartment, great for a family. Very convenient to the town, most things walking distance so leave the car and enjoy the walk! Beach, park close by and open grass area for the kids to run around just at the back of the property. Staff great and very helpful!

We stayed in Unit 4. Huge living area, modern bathroom and kitchen plus a private walled garden. The garden opens onto the park where the markets were held and a few meters to the beach. THe location was excellent, right in the heart of town and the apartments were obviously well managed as they were clean and tidy. IT was quiet. That was important to us with a young child. We will stay again.

Our stay here was a great experience. The managers were friendly and provided advice on local attractions in Byron and surrounding areas. Locaion of the apartments was fantastic a very short walk across the park to the beautiful beach and a stones thow away from the local shopping precinct. The property managers were outstanding. The units are clean, well maintained, and ideally located. You can't go wrong with this property, bring your swimmers as the beach is 30seconds away. Have visited many times and plan to continue to stay there..
