We have now had 2 family holidays at this farmstay - we loved it so much that we went back a few months after our first visit and had yet another great week staying at the farm. The holiday cottages are simple but very clean and tidy and the location overlooking the small lake is stunning. Breakfast on the verandah... More

My wife and I stayed with our daughter for two nights in november 2011. The cottage was perfectly clean and the owners were very nice. This is the place to go if you want some relaxing days close to nature. A car is required if you want to go to Bangalow or Byron Bay. Our daughter loved to feed the... More

We stayed a mere two nights here and wished it could have been longer. It is a wondrous place, cows and calves, and an enchanting pair of goats. The cabin was well appointed, although we found it a bit odd to pay extra to have our beds made up - I mean, do people really travel around Australia with sheets... More

We only stayed for two nights in October 2011 and were sad when we had to leave. This is like every girls dream come true. A farm in peaceful surroundings, cows mooing at dawn, a little bit of rowing on a lake full with water lilies, and the view. Simply perfection and an Anne of Green Gables feeling! The cabin... More

We had lovely two weeks in July to escape winter from NZ. The cabins were just right for us four, and the kids really liked the farm and surroundings. Byron is really close too, so all activities in/around town are easy to get to. It's also a perfect spot to explore the backcountry. Would love to come back again, Ulrich,... More

This is our third time here and it's lovely being back. I have been here with family and also by myself and it's idyliic, quiet and the views from the cottages are amazing. You will need a car - obviously, as it is in the hinterland of Byron - but still close to everything. My only worry that it has... More

We had a great stay at Byron Bay Farmstay. It was perfect for a family weekend away. The kids loved walking around the farm and playing on the lake. We just enjoyed the peaceful surroundings in such a beautiful setting. The accomodation was very comfortable and had everything we wanted. Bryon Bay is so close too, we managed to see... More

We stayed for only 2 nights, but wish it was longer. Greated warmly by our hosts, we found the rooms to be great value. The location is excellent if you want the beach or the lovely town of Bangalow. The farm itself is so relaxing, overlooking the lake is a great outlook. Can't wait for our daughter to be a... More
