Room was basic,noisy from traffic.Refrigerator and garbage bin had not been cleaned due to lack of staff.Friendly gent in reception apologised and refunded $50.Restaurant not open.Positives were proximity to lake, beach and clubs/pubs and acceptable cleanliness.Poor value for $160.
