This motel was a very pleasant surprise. Because it was so reasonably priced I did not expect all the extras like freshly ground coffee and plunger and real tea & teapot. The rooms are very clean and spacious with hot plate, microwave and even the kitchen sink. You can easily prepare a meal in the room if you have children...

Our family group stayed at this motel in April - five rooms in all. All rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend this motel for a stay in Barham.

We can all be a little bit reluctant to be too effusive in these reviews. After all, no accommodation is perfect.
However, this motel almost merits this description.
It is not large (11 units) but the 60 year old or so proprietors Darryl and Carol were most hospitable, which is not always the case at Australian motels.
