just enjoyed great time at avlon gardens, great location away from busy highway, friendly ex restaurateur hosts Wayne and Pattie provided quality food and services. The rooms were a good size and seemed recently refurbished, lovely relaxing pool area all in all a great value getaway or ideal pitstop. Thanks we will defintely be back

Great location, just south of Byron and all the north coast NSW hotspots. Much better than staying in the Byron Bay madness, Ballina is perfectly placed to enjoy a great holiday. We have stayed plenty of times at both the holiday house and the Motel. Patty and Wayne have both looked after us everytime from restaurants to activities for the kids. When travelling with just the children the motel pool is great to sit aorund and have a drink with the guys while the kids burn up their energy before bed.... More
