Staff were friendly but rooms are very very dated & in desperate need of updating & re-painting & a good airing. I wouldn't stay here again even for another overnight stay. Disappointing Best Western experience.

Dont expect best Western Standard of service here. Staff are really rude and owner worse. Rooms still original from 80's, white carpet and outdated fittings (but clean). Light switch pushed through (dangerous). Bed really lousy. Heard trucks all night. Expensive for what it is. Dont like being a Best Western member and treat members really bad!

Friendly, courteous, helpful, & efficient staff. Decent size & bright rooms. Clean bathrooms, & comfortable beds. On the main highway into Ballina town - less than five minutes drive to the town centre & the riverside where numerous dining options are available.
