We paid a reasonable rate (by Australian standards) for our room as we stayed for 7 nights. The plus points: the resort is a short drive from Avoca Beach, one of our favourite spots on the central coast; it has easy access a few metres away to the Avoca Beach Hotel, an excellent bar and restaurant; we had a biggish... I recently stayed at this resort for 4 nights during a conference. To call it a resort is being generous. Despite this, I found it was neat, tidy and had attentive staff. The rooms were basic style accomodation , renovated bathrooms, comfortable beds, simple but working room essentials. Had issues with the ceiling fan that was malfunctioning but the in... More

Stayed here for 2 nights just after New Years and the room was clean, with no issues and enought space to fit 3 people comfortably. Found the bad reviews puzzling so I enquired and found the hotel had changed management mid December and they cleaned up all the issues. They had no idea of tripadvisor. Noice at night - I... More

I would say the term "resort" is stretching it its a nice place in a nice location, We had a good time staying in the room apart From a day later when we came out with bumps on our hands having to go to the doctors and being treated for SCABIES! We believe we've caught it from this place as... More

The term 'resort' might be stretching it...... This is a nice place that is located around 5 minutes drive from the beach. My recommendation is to stay in the villas, EVEN if there's only 2 of you. The motel rooms are really pokey and don't block the noise from your neighbours at all. The villas on the other hand are... More

Stayed for one night with my friend for her birthday and we loved it. We stayed in a villa and were pleasently surprised. We had a great time chilling out on the balcony which over looked some bush land and was very private and relaxing. Its also great for people our age (in our twenties) as we could walk to... More

Stayed for 1 night with a 2 day work conference and the conference room facilities were very good, the rooms were clean and well serviced. The outdoor areas were covered with a nice outlook over the pool area. The food was good with plenty of variety.
