A good value property very close to beautiful Cape Cornwall. Ideal for exploring the coastal footpath. Rooms are described as "rustic" and they are just that! Rooms are noisy, every sound of every room comes to you. Rooms are outdates, scuffy... Staff very friendly, service is great. The Cape is an excellent venue to stay in around this area. It offers good value for money, the accomadation is always clean and well presented. The menu although not endless offers a reasonable choice, I can reccomend the trio of fish. It's not 5* but for the price it is very good and the staff always helpfull.
