we stayed september2011 we found cooking facilities not very clean ,microwave not clean the caravan was very tired looking inside the bushes out side bedroom scratching van all night ,but when you look around the site it need 's care , its not really a warm welcome there.

My partner and I stayed in one of the caravans in April 2010 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the staff accommodating;the site well-maintained;the caravan clean and well-equipped;and the surrounding area beautiful. Looking forward to returning soon : )

My sister and I, both around 70 years old, stayed on the site a couple of weeks ago. It was very quiet and well organised. The caravan was completely adequate with everything you could want. It is a marvelous area to explore with much history and beautiful scenery. It was cool but pleasant whilst we were there, excellent for photography.... More

I would say that roselands caravan park is very good! it's the best in cornwall The lost and found service is good we have stayed there before and it was excellent you don't get better than this in cornwall!

We have been staying in static cravans for over 20 yrs and most recently at Higher Harlyn. This year we wanted a change and booked at Roselands after looking on line.
