Very comfortable modern B&B ideally located within a short driving distance of the Eden Project. Spacious rooms and excellent breakfast. Beth very helpful in getting us to the B&B and even came to meet us when our route planner failed.

Clean, friendly lodge, great location for the eden project ,only five minutes away and lost gardens of heligan fifteen minutes away.Good restaurants nearby, wreckers fish restaurant ten minutes by car, excellent food.

This property features nicely appointed rooms, is very clean and tidy. The Hostess is very happy to help with any requests and provide information about the area. This accommodation is within walking distance of the rail station.
